We are so back!

We're starting the year off with a bang for our 2026 H2 Social Club Resident Event Series at the El Royale Cafe.

Opened in 2025, El Royale is one of the most popular restaurants in the Birmingham food scene, and getting a party reservation here was no small task... but we know a few people...

El Royale will feature their famous hand-crafted cocktails, beer, and some light snacks for the event. We highly suggest that residents stay after the event to enjoy the ambiance and have dinner!

H2 will hand each resident who RSVP's 2 drink tickets at check-in.

The first 50 people who check in will get the new, and very popular, *Limited Edition* Spring/Summer H2 Resident T-Shirt!

We will be raffling away 10 $100 rent credits, as usual.

Parking for the event can be done along the street, or residents do have the option to valet, though this will be out-of-pocket and will be limited to availability.

We have the garden area reserved!

Some of our H2 Leasing and Marketing team spent the afternoon building boxes for Hatching Hope, a humanitarian aid organization that provides immediate and long term recovery essentials to victims (including pets) of disasters.
