Some of our H2 Leasing and Marketing team spent the afternoon building boxes for Hatching Hope, a humanitarian aid organization that provides immediate and long term recovery essentials to victims (including pets) of disasters. The National Apartment Association (NAA) has announced Jessica Forbus, Assistant Manager at H2 Real Estate and Greater Birmingham Apartment Association member, as part of NAA’s inaugural 20 on the Rise class. The new and innovative program recognizes 20 rising rental housing industry professionals who have made significant professional achievements and demonstrate potential in their future careers. Jessica and their fellow recipients will be celebrated at the rental housing industry’s premier event, Apartmentalize, in Las Vegas, June 11-13, 2025. Congratulations, Jessica!
